Tranquility Pools — Warranty Information

Pool, Equipment and Intallation Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every pool shell and every piece of equipment we supply. Our warranties are designed to give you long‑term confidence, whether you’re choosing a fully installed pool or a DIY package.

What Your Warranty Covers

Your Tranquility Pool package includes three main warranty components:

1. Fibreglass Pool Shell Warranty

All pool shells include a structural warranty backed by the manufacturer that meets Australian Standards. This protects you against structural defects and long-term integrity issues.

2. Equipment Warranty

All equipment is covered under individual manufacturer warranties. Each brand provides its own warranty period and is listed with each item at time of purchase.

3. Installation & Workmanship Warranty*

All fully installed pools completed by Tranquility Pools include a workmanship warranty covering the installation works we perform. This provides peace of mind that your pool has been installed correctly, compliantly, and to industry standards.

*This warranty applies only where Tranquility Pools completes the installation and does not apply to DIY or third-party installations.

What You Need to Maintain Your Warranty

  • Correct installation following manufacturer guidelines by a licensed pool installer
  • Maintaining balanced pool water at all times
  • Using approved parts and consumables
  • Regular servicing and inspection
  • Ensuring electrical work is completed by a licensed electrician

Additional Requirements for Installation Warranty

  • The pool and surrounding works must not be altered by third parties without prior approval
  • Any issues must be reported promptly to Tranquility Pools once identified
  • The pool must be operated and maintained in accordance with handover instructions
  • Landscaping, concreting, decking, or fencing must not compromise pool structure or plumbing

How to Make a Warranty Claim
